24.11.2021: Online spech by the special intrerest group “PM goes Boardroom”

This is an exploration of the relationship between project management and top management, with a particular interest in the governance roles of project owner (PAG) and steering committee (LA).

The speakers present the results of an explorative study on governance structures in projects and programmes in the D-A-CH region. The aim of the study was to show the practice of PAG and LA as well as the influence on project success.
