Michael Boxheimer has spent his career working for international companies in management and project management positions. He also initiated a number of organisational development projects for a company (with a focus on project business). The aim was to improve PM competencies and processes, to become more efficient and competitive.
Today he is an independent consultant, trainer and coach for management and project management, working with his clients on conceptual and operational issues. He also acts as a lecturer on project management in master and post graduate programmes. Michael has an academic degree in Business Administration as well as an M.A. (Systemic Consulting). He holds certificates in project management from IPMA, APMG (UK) and Scaled Agile (US).
He is active as an assessor and trainer within the framework of the “IPMA Global Project Excellence Award”. He has co-authored professional articles, the book “IPMA Project Excellence Baseline” (2016) and “Systemic Tools for Successful Project Management” (2018).
