24.11.2021: Online spech by the special intrerest group “PM goes Boardroom”<\/p>\n

This is an exploration of the relationship between project management and top management, with a particular interest in the governance roles of project owner (PAG) and steering committee (LA).<\/p>\n

The speakers present the results of an explorative study on governance structures in projects and programmes in the D-A-CH region. The aim of the study was to show the practice of PAG and LA as well as the influence on project success.<\/p>\n
